Chengda PP-R Hot and cold water pipes by Gas phase copolymerization to make 3% to about 5% of the ethylene molecule random copolymerization of random copolymers in the molecular chain of PP .Extrusion (tubing)or injection(Pipe Fitting) molding.Compared with other PP materials, PP-R has better impact resistance, longer heat resistance and creep performance, and longer service life under the same temperature and internal pressure.PP-R pipes deliver hot water at temperatures below 70 degrees Celsius for a long period of time under 1Mpa. The service life is 50 years. It is the most suitable pipeline for water supply so far.
Product Characteristic
Light quality: The density of 0.89-0.91 grams per cubic centimeter when 20 degrees Celsius, the specific gravity is only 1/9 of the same size of the steel tube, 1/10 of the copper tube. Because of its light weight, the construction strength of the workers can be greatly reduced.
Good heat resistance:Instant water temperature of up to 95 degrees Celsius; long-term use, the water temperature can reach 70 degrees Celsius
Good corrosion resistance:No chemical action can be applied to all the ions in the water and to the chemicals in the building. They will not rust or corrode
The pipe is firmly connected:Because PP-R has good hot melt property, the hot-melt property can connect the tubing and Pipe fittings of the same material into a whole, so as to avoid the hidden danger of water leakage.
Low thermal conductivity:20 degrees Celsius thermal conductivity of 0.23-0.24W/m.K, than 43-52W/m.K (steel tube), 333W/m.K (copper tube) is much smaller, so under normal circumstances, no need for insulation measures.
Smaller elastic modulus:The expansion force due to temperature changes is relatively small, suitable for embedded wall and floor layer of buried direct laying.
The pipeline resistance is small:The inner wall is smooth and does not scale; the friction resistance along the path is smaller than that of the metal pipe; when the Pipe Fittings are connected, the flow cross section is not narrowed; the local resistance coefficient is not greater than that of the Steel pipe
Green environmental protection:No pollution to the environment during the process of production, construction and use. It is a green product
